This Virginia Beach vacation home is the perfect retreat: located in a small, serene neighborhood with a pristine beach, and the boardwalk, multiple attractions, great restaurants and bars - all within 5 minutes!

Located in the semi-private Croatan neighborhood, this 2,500 sq. ft. house boasts 4 bedrooms (two master suites), 4 baths, large decks and it is only a 2 minute walk to the beach! 

With both an open, high ceiling indoor living area and extensive decks for outdoor living space, this is the perfect rental for a family or two. Our home has undergone a FULL renovation (2021) with an updated look and feel from new paint to all new furniture and carpets to a new décor. Check back soon for updated photos.

The rules: While the City has the normal beach rules, ours are simple. This is our home too. We love to share it while we are away and only ask you treat it like your own. The artwork has been accumulated over 40 years of marine conservation travel. Some of our favorite underwater shots are hanging here. While we are indeed an equal opportunity landlord, we encourage only families and responsible adults. And we love kids, but no spring break or party rentals please.  And sorry, no pets. Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal rentals are all available.  

We are giving back! A percentage of your rental fee will go to one of these non-profit organizations; you choose which one when you sign the lease.
